HOW AOGA WORKS AND CALL FOR ARTISTS
It's simple ... and a win-win for both artists and nonprofits. Here's how it works for participating artists:
Artist submits bio, descriptions and prices (retail plus shipping and handling) for each item you want to sell (you retain the item until it sells).
AOGA curates your submittal and, if it passes program concept standards and if you have provided us with all the required information, we may place it for sale in the AOGA eStores housed on AOGA and partner nonprofit websites.
When the item(s) sell, you are immediately notified (via email) to ship the item directly to the buyer within seven days of the date of sale. Also upon receipt of the order, you notify AOGA regarding further availability of the item.
Upon confirmed delivery receipt, AOGA sends the nonprofit an electronic check with agreed percentage within two business days. As your cash donation to the nonprofit, you may be able to deduct this entire amount from your taxes – but please check with your accountant!
